The template is designed to
facilitate the fast and perfect
placement of frames and seam-strips in
doorsteads, securing
them by means of polyurethane foam. The frames and
seamstrips can be placed in new or old doorsteads, and the
existing door can be used in the latter case. The use of
polyurethane foam guarantees total durability, making the door
extremely robust. It sets fast (in under 10 minutes), enabling
rapid work and optimum use of the available time.

Placement
Once
placed the PB83E into the door's hole it is possible to
adjust the
inclination by mean of the incorporated knobs and
levels. The filling
of the space between the frame and the
doorstead with Polyurethan foam
is very easy and fast, making
the door extremely robust. Equipped with
stops for placing the
butt straps in a exact
way.

Securing the frames to the
template.
The frame can be cut using any
type of saw that
suits our
needs (circular, jig or chain
saw), or by means of
manual
tools. It does not matter if the
finish is bad or the
wood
splinters. In the case of new
constructions, this process
is
not necessary.
